Temperature Monitoring Specifications
  • SENSOR ELEMENT: Sensor is a P-T-C (Positive Temperature Coefficient) off-on switching thermistor.
  • SENSOR TEMPERATURE: Customer selects according to need.
  • SENSOR WIRE AND LENGTH: Any 16-28 ga. Copper wire - length up to 5,000 ft. - sensors have no polarity.
  • N/O RELAY: Can be used for external alarm.
  • N/O RELAY: Can be used to shut down equipment when temperature rises above turn on point.
  • RELAY OUTPUT: 7 AMPS. 24 VAC/5 AMPS. 115 VAC.
  • POWER REQUIRED: .5 AMP. 60 HZ/115 VAC.

Three (3) second to start-time frame: Monitored equipment has (3) seconds from start to run. (The equipment does not have to reach operation speed).

Monitors acceleration to (Normal) operation speed. If monitored equipment should overload before reaching (Normal) operation speed, shut down will occur before damaging monitored equipment.
